Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal Angel Fire Resort seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume legal practice focused on property assessment enforcement and related real estate matters. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-remote position so applicant must be already living in the Angel Fire area or be willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and judgments through Odyssey (TylerTech). Draft, record, and release liens; coordinate with multiple governmental offices statewide. Maintain a comprehensive litigation calendar and docket for dozens of active cases. Assist with discovery, document preparation, and case management. Communicate professionally with courts, title companies, and outside parties. Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time while developing strategies to achieve goals. Demonstrate accuracy and monitor your own work to ensure quality. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions. Be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (real estate or collections background a plus). Proficiency in Odyssey TylerTech e‑filing and strong command of Microsoft Office. Excellent written communication, accuracy, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines. Experience using AI as a tool is a plus. $70,000‑$85,000 DOE
