The Opportunity We aren’t just building software; we are architecting the Legal Operating Intelligence System. While the industry previously focused on transactional tools for lawyers, we built the tactical backbone for litigators. Our platform is designed for a future where a lawyer’s impact is no longer bound by administrative drag, but by their ability to leverage agentic intelligence to drive more work and higher profitability. As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the narrative of what happens after a customer joins Filevine. Your mission is to nurture and scale our customer base, transforming legal professionals from power users into vocal, lifelong advocates. You will bridge the gap between our active users and the market, capturing real-world ROI and activating customer expansion strategies. This is a high-impact execution role where you will design the reference programs and lifecycle motions that turn customer satisfaction into predictable revenue growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
