About the Role:

As a Caregiver with SYENERGY HomeCare of Conroe, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in their homes. This may include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication reminders and providing emotional support. Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with activites of daily living (ADL's), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with medication reminders

• Encourage and support clients in their daily routines and activities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery

• Identify and report any changes or concerns in client condition to the care team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6+ months of experience as a caregiver
