Primary Care Physician

Overview FQHC non-profit organization with HRSA facility status for loan forgiveness. Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for Chico, Marysville, Oroville, and Yuba City locations. Responsibilities Provide patient care to an established patient panel (approximately 20 patients per day; patients can select their timeslots). Administrative time allocated: about 1 hour per day. Utilize EClinicalWorks electronic health records system. Collaborate with the referral department and other support staff (2 Medical Assistants per physician). Work within a team structure led by the CMO and senior leadership. Schedule and Staffing Clinical hours with 4 ten-hour shifts available. No part-time arrangements. Call coverage: one week long every few months; there are many providers on site. Qualifications Physician credentialed in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Experience in a primary care/FQHC setting preferred. Eligible to work in the United States; visa: H-1B visa accepted. Leadership and Environment CMO: Dr. Mustafa Ammar (described as approachable and experienced, involved in patient care for 20+ years).
