Construction Superintendent - Data Center

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for complex, fast-paced data center and mission‑critical projects in the Phoenix market. This role requires a hands‑on leader capable of driving schedule, quality, and safety across highly technical builds. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily on‑site field operations from mobilization through final completion. Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and trade sequencing with a heavy focus on complex MEP systems. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure critical milestones are met. Conduct daily site walks to enforce strict quality control and adherence to plans/specs. Lead site safety programs, enforce standards, and coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning. Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve field issues, and align with the budget. Qualifications 3–10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Proven track record leading data center or mission‑critical projects. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, sequencing, and coordination on large‑scale builds. Proficiency with construction software including Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.
