Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Job Title: Senior SAP BASIS HANA Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)- Local Only
Job Type: Full-Time Only (NO C2C)


Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP HANA administration.
- Proven track record of leading SAP projects and managing SAP landscapes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP BASIS and HANA administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver, Fiori, Solution Manager, and other SAP tools.
- Strong knowledge of database management, particularly HANA.
- Understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for SAP deployments.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
Certifications:
- SAP BASIS and HANA certifications are highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
