Job Description Job Description Event Assistant- Coral Gables, FL LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for an event assistant in the Coral Gables, FL area. Our client if searching for an event assistant for a one-month contracted project from June 14th- July 18th with some weekend shifts. Responsibilities to include: Ensure the event space is ready for guests to arrive. Opening and closing of event space. Meet with guests as they arrive, look them up in system, verify their ID and validate that they have received their item. You are a great fit if: Very polished with a hospitality background required. Must be professional, friendly and welcoming. Must be able to verify IDs and navigate systems to verify client info - mainly via Excel. Must be able to commit to 100% of the dates required. Individuals will need to use personal computers, so must have a personal computer they are willing to bring and use. This position is a one-month contracted role that will pay $24-$25/hr.
