As an Early Head Start Home Visitor , you'll have the unique opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with expectant parents and families with infants and toddlers. What You'll DoPartner with Families- Build trusting, collaborative relationships with expectant families and families with infants and toddlers.
- Support parents in setting and achieving goals for themselves and their children.
- Connect families with community resources and services that help them thrive.
- Encourage family engagement, leadership, and advocacy.
- Conduct weekly home visits focused on child development, school readiness, and family well-being.
- Partner with parents to create engaging learning experiences using everyday routines and materials.
- Help families understand and celebrate their child's developmental progress.
- Support children with individualized learning and developmental goals.
- Plan and facilitate family socializations and group experiences each month.
- Provide opportunities for families to learn from and support one another.
- Collaborate with health providers, community agencies, and program staff to ensure comprehensive services.

Requirements
We're Looking for Someone Who- Believes in the strength, potential, and resilience of families.

- Is passionate about child development and early learning.
- Values cultural responsiveness and family-centered practices.
- Wants to make a meaningful difference every day.
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Adult Education, or a related field; OR a minimum of Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Home Visitor or Infant Toddler; or comparable credential; bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Minimum of one year of experience working with adults and preschool children, infants, and toddlers preferred.
- Home visiting experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
