In this role, you'll sell insurance policies, support customers and build strong customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES Educate customers on insurance products that fit their needs and budget Quoting and selling insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Health, etc) Answering policy and billing questions, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims Reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails and referrals Maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-up and great service Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Excellent communication and people skills A proactive, self-motivated, positive attitude Willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Must be insurance licensed OR willing to obtain insurance licenses Fluent in English and Spanish required Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Apply Now Join a community of good neighbors Make a difference in your community every day.
