Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer

Selmet is seeking a Senior Staff Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives for precision titanium castings supporting aerospace and defense customers. In this onsite Springfield, OR role, you will own complex quality planning, FAI/PPAP, and AS9100-compliant systems while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical issues. Partnering closely with engineering and production, you’ll use SPC, FMEA, and advanced inspection methods to reduce defects, improve yield, and ensure rigorous customer and regulatory requirements are met. This position mentors others, leads audits, and champions continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
