We're looking for a chiropractor who is excited to jump into an established practice, become an important part of the team, and continue building their patient base. The right doctor will: Be a confident and skilled adjuster Be self-motivated and willing to take initiative Be excited to build relationships and grow their patient base Work extremely well as part of a doctor and support-team environment Communicate confidently and connect easily with patients Take ownership of their responsibilities without needing to be micromanaged Be coachable and open to feedback, training, and new ideas Want to continually grow clinically, professionally, and personally Be comfortable getting involved in the community and creating opportunities for growth Bring a positive attitude and contribute to the success of the entire clinic An Established Practice With Opportunity to Grow You'll be joining a practice that has been part of the Bethesda community for more than 20 years, with an established reputation, existing patient base, steady new-patient opportunities, experienced team, and the resources of the larger Palmercare organization. You won't be building alone Our doctors have access to training, coaching, management support, continuing education, established systems, and a team that's invested in helping them succeed. At the same time, we're looking for someone who is motivated to take advantage of those resources someone who will build relationships, retain patients, generate referrals, get involved in the community, and actively contribute to growing the practice.
