About the Role:
As a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager , you'll lead night shift operations in the Multisystem ICU-guiding staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring exceptional care for patients requiring complex, high-acuity treatment.

You'll be the go-to leader for:
Staffing & patient assignments based on acuity
Supporting frontline nurses & interdisciplinary teams
Driving quality, safety, and patient experience
Coaching, mentoring & fostering a strong team culture

What You Bring:
• RN license (Florida or Compact) + BLS
• Acute care experience (ICU preferred)
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment & communication skills
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
