This role involves delivering high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical specialties while collaborating with a multidisciplinary perioperative team to support outstanding patient outcomes. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available with self-scheduling, shift lengths ranging from 8 to 24 hours, one weekend shift per month, and no traditional overnight call, work-life balance, along with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply
• Ability to provide anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures, including cardiac, trauma, neuro, vascular, orthopedic, spine, ENT, GI, and general surgery
• Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain licensure before employment
