Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Nurse to join our day shift nursing team.

As a Float LPN, you'll provide nursing support across units based on resident and staffing needs while helping ensure consistent, quality care throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care across assigned units as needed.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
Supervise and support CNAs on assigned units.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across different nursing units.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
