Pay range: $40-45/hr on C2C

Job Description & Skill Requirements:



Key Responsibilities:

• Perform systems engineering activities including requirements definition, analysis, verification, validation, and system integration.
• Own the process of defining, executing, reviewing, documenting, dispositioning, and driving closure of findings.
• Support system certification activities and ensure compliance with applicable certification processes and standards.
• Develop and maintain systems architecture and design documentation based on work package scope and requirements detailed in Jira.
• Manage and update requirements documentation using tools such as Polarion or DOORS.
• Execute systems engineering activities in accordance with ARP4754A/ARP4754B and DO-178B/DO-178C guidelines.
• Support complex engineering programs involving multidisciplinary systems and software integration.
• Utilize configuration management tools to maintain system and requirements baselines.
• Apply Agile methodologies throughout the systems engineering development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Systems Engineering, Systems Integration, Requirements Engineering, and System Verification.
• Hands-on experience with requirements-based software/tools such as Polarion or DOORS.
• Knowledge of system certification processes and aerospace/avionics development standards.
• Experience with ARP4754A/B and DO-178B/C guidelines.
• Experience working on at least one complex engineering program.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong experience developing requirements, test cases, and system verification procedures.
• Ability to interface directly with customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
