Category Development Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

To oversee product lifecycles and drive category growth, the full-time remote Category Development Manager will manage category performance, analyze market data, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to launch new products. Key responsibilities: Manage category performance and product lifecycles from development to discontinuation Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and drive new product launches Maintain vendor relationships and collaborate with marketing on promotional strategies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or retail analytics Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis Experience with syndicated data platforms like Circana/IRI or NielsenIQ Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
