Male Caregiver PositionWe are looking for compassionate male caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors' lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.1-3 hour shifts: $20 - $30 per hour4+ hour shifts: starting at $17.00 per hourResponsibilitiesWith dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship for our clients in their homesPersonal hygiene including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing and toiletingAssistance with ambulation and medication remindersTransportation for appointments and errandsQualifications and SkillsPreferred CNA or HHA license or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill personsExceptional communication skills.Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including lifting and transferring up to 50 poundsReliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insuranceMust have an active CPR Certification or be willing to get certified (training provided)Proof of current TB testingMature, caring, punctual, and reliableMust have an active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or pass oneBenefitsBi-weekly regular payroll every Friday via direct depositWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)Paid orientation and training providing continuing education credits (CEUs)Liability insuranceWorker's compensationFlexible schedulesReemployment benefitsPaid mileage for driving between multiple clients in a single dayHomeWell uniform
