What you’ll be doing Door-to-door roofing sales reps work in setter/closer model with leadership track for top performers and integrated back-office support systems Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $137K annualized Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we’re looking for Coachable.
