Sales Director

The National Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for all high-level sales and marketing efforts at Mesa Tactical, a leading supplier of tactical shotgun accessories to law enforcement and other customers, now in our 22nd year of business. The role is structured as a combined sales and marketing position during Year One, with the expectation that it will evolve into a specialized leadership role, Sales or Marketing, by the end of Year Two, subject to performance and company needs. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and a clean criminal record. Excellent English communication skills. Outgoing and enthusiastic personality. Strong attention to detail. An ability to work productively and effectively with little or no day-to-day supervision. Experience with MS Office products, especially MS Excel. An interest in or experience with firearms is highly desirable; firearms industry sales experience is essential. Marketing, digital, or e-commerce experience is a meaningful advantage. New Customer Recruitment and Management The principal sales responsibility of the National Sales and Marketing Director is recruitment of new channel and agency customers, primarily stocking dealers and wholesalers, Mesa Tactical’s largest channel partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
