YWCA Seattle King Snohomish in Edmonds, WA seeks an on-site Front Desk Associate for a 24/7 on-call role. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, mail, access control, and guest assistance while delivering culturally responsive service and referrals. The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and 3 years in customer service.
