We have created an ethical, team oriented, and quality work environment for our employees that cultivates achievement and success./ph3Job Description/h3pThe Shipping Receiving Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor as well as a licensed pharmacist at all times and in collaboration with the healthcare team to provide exceptional value to our customers. They will be a key contributor to the Infusion Pharmacys operation and should be experienced professionals in this segment of care delivery. The successful candidate will perform all duties in accordance with company policy/procedure, state professional standards, and other applicable regulatory requirements./ph3General Duties/h3pUnder the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping Receiving Coordinator will:/pulliPack orders and prepare for shipment/liliCoordinate the shipping of medications to patients via the Drivers, Couriers, and FedEx./liliHandle receiving of packages to the pharmacy and office location/liliStock and maintain the warehouse shelves, assists with inventory/liliMaintains and cleans warehouse as directed/liliWork with the Warehouse Supervisor with regards to testing for Cold Chain Policy./liliAssist and work with the dispatching of the drivers for daily deliveries./liliDemonstrate incorporates principles of safety infection control into daily activities as outlined in organizations policies/procedures/liliConfirm delivery based on company protocols/liliEnsure that the Warehouse and Shipping areas are maintained and clean in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements/liliAdhere to appropriate safety and quality assurance practices. Comply with state and federal laws/liliAssists with product purchasing, inventory, and equipment management/liliAssist with the coordination with suppliers and insure the correct drug products are received from the wholesale company if requested/liliAssist with the National Pump Depot and work with the Biotechnician, which includes tracking and cleaning of pumps and medical equipment./li/ulh3Minimum Education, Certification and Experience/Skill Requirements/h3ulliHigh School diploma or equivalent/liliExcellent Communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking/liliExperience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction/liliBasic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel/li/ulh3Highly Preferred Experience/Skill Requirements/h3ulliExperience working in an acute or specialty infusion pharmacy/liliExperience working in a Warehouse environment/liliExperience with CPR+ Pharmacy Management System/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pRequired to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care./ppInfuCare Rx is an equal opportunity employer.
