Client Experience Specialist - Payments & Freight Support

TBK Bank, SSB is seeking a Client Experience Representative based in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support for our transportation factoring and payment platform clients. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and be skilled at multi-tasking and problem-solving. We prefer candidates with knowledge in freight, transportation, or logistics.
