Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience treating pediatric patients in a school setting, if applicable to coverage needs

Assignment Details

• Schedule options include 5x8 or 4x10
• Monday-Thursday, 9-10 hour days
• No weekends required
• Float position with Louisville as the primary location and another nearby location as the secondary
• Expected patient volume is approximately 8-9 patients per day
• Evaluation to follow-up ratio is approximately 1:8
• Documentation is expected within 24 hours
