Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Engage children in educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and daily activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
