• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

We're looking for CNC and Manual Machinists who are ready to contribute to high-quality manufacturingwhether you're just getting started or bring years of hands-on expertise. You'll be part of a team that values problem-solving, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment
• Produce metal components with tight tolerances (.0001)
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings for optimal performance
• Perform inspections using precision measurement tools
• Complete setups and changeovers with efficiency and care
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes
• Support overall production, quality, and workflow

Who This Role Is Great For

Early-Career Machinists

• Recently trained or 1+ year of experience
• Familiar with machining basics and blueprint reading
• Motivated to expand skills and grow in the trade

Experienced Machinists

• 3+ years in CNC machining
• Strong knowledge of setups, programming adjustments, and GD&T
• Skilled at diagnosing and solving machining challenges
• Passionate about producing high-quality work

Bonus Skills (Helpful, Not Required)

• Experience with Mazatrol or Mastercam
• OD grinding experience
• Manual machining expertise
• Rigging or overhead crane experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
