Join Our Team! Position Overview This role is an essential part of our team, focusing on the preparation, delivery, servicing, and setup of trailers, while ensuring a remarkable customer experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare trailers for delivery, ensuring they meet our quality standards. Deliver and set up trailers at various locations as per customer requirements. Provide excellent service and support to customers, enhancing their experience. Clean, maintain, and ensure the readiness of trailers for future use. Training & Development From day one, you'll embark on a comprehensive on-the-job training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your role. Over the first three weeks, you'll receive hands-on training in: Safe trailer handling and transportation. Effective customer interaction and service techniques. Maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of assets. This structured training ensures you are fully prepared to take on your responsibilities and contribute effectively to our team.
