Oversees staff performance, service delivery, and access to care while maintaining a limited caseload. Ensures services are compliant, person-centered, and aligned with recovery-focused practices.-**Key Responsibilities*** Supervise, coach, and evaluate outpatient staff* Oversee assessments, service planning, and care coordination* Ensure timely access to services and continuity of care* Monitor service delivery, documentation, and compliance standards* Maintain a limited caseload, including treatment planning and therapy as needed* Coordinate referrals to internal and external providers* Collaborate with community partners (courts, schools, healthcare, DHS)* Ensure adherence to Medicaid, DSM, and regulatory requirements-**Supervisory Responsibilities*** Provide clinical and administrative oversight, training, and performance management* Conduct regular supervision and support staff development* Ensure staff compliance with organizational and regulatory standards-**Qualifications*** Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field* Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience* Prior supervisory experience preferred* Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines, DSM criteria, and therapeutic practices-**Work Environment & Physical Requirements*** Combination of office and community-based work* Prolonged computer use and regular movement (standing/walking)* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds* Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally-**Additional Information**Candidates with lived experience in mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.Wellvance Community Mental Health Authority is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any legally protected status### Education details**Acknowledgment and Certification**I certify that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
