Certified Clinical Coding Manager, oversees medical record reviews and coding projects in a full-time remote position, ensuring compliance with risk adjustment and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee accurate medical record reviews for risk adjustment Conduct training and support quality improvement initiatives Manage coding projects and review project statuses as needed Required Qualifications Professional coding certificate through AHIMA/AAPC Minimum of 5 years of hands-on medical records experience 5 years of risk adjustment and IVA experience 3+ years of management experience Strong computer skills and high-speed internet access
