**Experience Requirements:** - Years of experience required: 3 years - Trauma Level I Experience: Required - OR RNs need to be well-rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant **Certifications:** - BLS required - ACLS* and PALS* are mentioned, but not listed explicitly as required - Scrubbing preferred, circulating required **Licensure and Licensure Details:** - Pending licenses are not accepted - In-state license and required certifications must be in hand for submission - Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted **Skills and Special Requirements:** - Experience in trauma, especially Level I, is required - Well-rounded OR RN experience across a variety of procedures (excluding CV & Transplant) - Ability to float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed - Travel compliance necessitates travelers to be from accredited universities (ACEN or CCNE) **Additional Requirements:** - Call required: 6 call shifts in a 6-week period, can vary - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - Local radius rule applies: $15 off bill rate for travelers residing within Indiana. - IN residents considered local and can be accepted for certain positions Please confirm these details when preparing for the role, and ensure all required documents and certifications are current and valid before applying.
