Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: 1922 Goliad and 606 Embassy Oaks
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Daily
Position Type: Full-Time

We’re a proud, family-owned Southern breakfast restaurant where good food and genuine hospitality come first. Our team is hardworking, friendly, and dedicated to making every guest feel right at home. We’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Manager who can lead by example, keep operations running smoothly, and maintain the welcoming spirit our guests love.
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys building relationships with customers and team members alike.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and receive an exceptional dining experience
- Manage daily opening and closing operations
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering to keep service running efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards
