Opportunity

The Customer Experience Specialist serves as a primary point of connection between Life Surge and our event attendees. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to Life Surge ticket purchasers to build meaningful relationships, increase excitement, communicate the value of the event, and help attendees feel prepared and motivated to attend.


Customer Experience Specialists also provide encouragement and prayer, answer logistical questions, communicate important event-specific updates, and respond to attendee emails and text messages. Success in this position is directly connected to attendee engagement and event show rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound calls.
• Provide excellent support to customers through phone, text, and email.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide guests through event details with professionalism.
• ManageHubspotCRMplatform.
• Make outbound calls to Life Surge ticket purchasers before each event.
• Establish genuine relationships with attendees through meaningful and encouraging conversations.
• Build excitement and communicate the value of attending the Life Surge event.
• Provide motivation, encouragement, and prayer whenappropriate.
• Communicate important event-specific information and updates to attendees, such as event schedules, locations, parking, check-in procedures, and other logistical details.
• Respond professionally and promptly to attendee emails and text messages.
• Follow up consistently with attendees leading up to the event.
• Accurately document attendee communications and relevant information in company systems.
• Identify attendee concerns or barriers that could prevent attendance and help provide appropriate solutions.
• Represent Life Surge's mission, values, and commitment to delivering an exceptional attendee experience.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure attendees receiveaccurateandtimelyinformation.
• Maintain positive relationshipsbetween the Company andourcustomers.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite or other computersystems.
• Previousexperience in customer service, outbound calling, hospitality, sales, or event support is preferred.
• Comfortable sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong, pleasant, and effective phone presence.
• Self-motivated, self-managed, and driven by performance.
• Ability to effectively multitask while keeping a positive attitude.
• Organized and focused, yet with a "whatever needs done" for the organization mentality.
• Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends in alignment with event schedules.
