Job Description: Source, screen, and recruit qualified clinical professionals (e.g., RNs, LPNs, MAs, CNAs, Therapists, etc.) for healthcare facilities and programs. Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements. Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, and online sourcing. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational hiring practices and credentialing standards. Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems. Represent the organization professionally at job fairs and recruitment events.
