Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sedgwick, Kansas. Assignment Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/18/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 40 hours Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility. Deliver physical therapy care during 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, over a 13-week assignment. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active State license required to start assignment. BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARCA.
