Hospitalist Physician

We are seeking full-time hospitalists for day-shift positions in the metro/suburban Tampa area, with no night shifts required.

Applicants can be experienced physicians or new graduates trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine .

Responsibilities include managing patient care, rounding, and follow-ups at contracted hospitals, with midlevel support for admissions . Physicians will handle a capped patient load of 18-25 per shift, including follow-ups and new admissions, without procedures or codes .

Work schedule options include 14 or 18 days per month , following a 7 on / 7 off model . On-site hours are until 3pm, with remote pages until 7pm . Physicians typically round at one or multiple facilities within a 5-mile radius, based on location.

Compensation starts at $210K for 182 shifts or $250K for 216 shifts , with higher pay for more experience.
