CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PERM ADDRESS GREATER THAN >100 FROM FACILITY TO SUBMIT!!! Infusion RN 5x8hr Days 0800-1630 Start Date: orientation every other Thursday for RNS, Shift: 5X8 hr. DAYS Daily Caseload: 70 Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4 Certs Required: BLS; ONC preferred Skills Required: CBCT/kV/mV imaging, Treatment - External Beam Therapy, IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Prophylactic Treatments; General Skills - Radiation Safety Skills Preferred: Infusion Center Experience; Inpatient & Outpatient Oncology Experience Years of experience REQ: 2 Years RN experience minimum First-timers accepted: Yes Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? no Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Open to accommodating block schedule? N/A Locals accepted: No What is the local radius rule? 100 miles (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) Pending State License accepted: Yes - can sub with pending license though RTO Restrictions:? Perm employees cannot return as travelers for 3 years after the last date worked perm. Must have clean license - no prior suspensions allowed - probations considered on a case by case basis.
