Inventory & Logistics Lead

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
• Experience working in a small team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience performing: Cycle counts Kitting Inventory reconciliation
• Shipping and receiving
• Material handling
• Experience working in a laboratory, engineering, manufacturing, or highly technical environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the setup or launch of a new warehouse, stockroom, or inventory operation.
• Python programming experience for reporting automation, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with inventory planning concepts including min/max levels, reorder points, and inventory optimization.
• Experience supporting engineering prototypes, R&D laboratories, aerospace, semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology organizations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Logistics Lead to support inventory operations in a dynamic laboratory and warehouse environment. This individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, managing kitting activities, supporting shipping and receiving functions, and collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a smaller team setting, takes ownership of processes, and is comfortable working hands-on while leveraging data analytics to drive inventory improvements.
