Escrow Assistant

Compensation: $22–$27/hour (based on experience) + full comprehensive benefits Position Overview A well-established title and real estate services organization is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join its growing team in Waukesha, WI. Responsibilities Assist with the coordination and processing of commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. Review commercial purchase and sale agreements (PSAs) and other transaction documents. Open new orders and accurately enter transaction information into internal systems. Prepare and organize escrow files and closing documentation. Communicate with lenders, attorneys, brokers, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the transaction. Obtain and review required documents to ensure complete and accurate files. Support escrow officers with administrative and transactional tasks while meeting deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process. Qualifications Experience in commercial title, commercial escrow, commercial lending, banking, or commercial real estate transactions. Familiarity with commercial purchase and sale agreements (PSAs) and closing documentation. Experience with order entry and transaction coordination is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Why Join Us?
