Front Desk / Medicaid Assistance – Chinese Required (Flushing, NY)
Busy specialist medical office in Flushing is seeking a Front Desk / Medicaid Assistance professional.
Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients at check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance and maintain patient records
- General front desk and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) – REQUIRED
- Medical office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems a plus
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Flushing, NY
