Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Join the dynamic team at CaroMont Medical Group, located just a short drive from the vibrant city of Charlotte, NC-one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation! We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join CaroMont Urgent Care - Cherryville.

** Position Highlights **

• Practice in our modern, well-equipped facilities with access to CaroMont's extensive resources and network.
• In-house X-ray capability and onsite laboratory
• 8a-8p/ 7 12-hour shifts per pay period; 2-week rotating schedule
• Seeking experienced providers capable of working independently, confidently managing procedures, urgent care needs, and chronic care conditions.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Evaluate and treat approximately 4 patients per hour with a wide range of urgent and non-emergent conditions.
• Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and other urgent care services
• Independently manage chronic care needs that present in the urgent care setting, ensuring continuity and safe patient management.
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
• Provide education on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC

** Requirements **

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Board Certified FNP or PA-C
• Active NC License & DEA and Active SC License & DEA
• BLS/ACLS certification
