Qualifications Preferred Experience Assisted Living Facilities Senior Living Communities Memory Care Communities Skilled Nursing Facilities Hospitals Rehabilitation Centers Home Health Healthcare Settings Additional experience is a plus Medication administration Resident care and caregiving eMAR systems Resident charting and documentation Dementia care Customer service Healthcare compliance and safety procedures Requirements Current Florida Med Tech Certification or ability to obtain certification as required High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous Med Tech, Caregiver, PCA, HHA, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the workday Ability to provide compassionate and professional resident care Additional Requirements Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check Ability to pass a drug screen Required Notice Each specified agency must include a clear and conspicuous link to the webpage on its website and provide the link in all job vacancy advertisements and posts by the qualified entity.
