Fruit Cutter Specialist

Our client is a leading food service provider supporting various fruit and sushi bars across the US.

We are hiring Fruit Cutter Specialists for a 23 week project with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, peel, cut, and package fresh fruit and vegetables
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper labeling
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Stock and organize product displays
• Promote products through customer sampling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Safely operate knives and food preparation equipment

Requirements:

• Food Handler Certification required
• Previous food prep, produce, grocery, or retail experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
