- Arrive on time, ready to participate in team huddles and deliver exceptional service
- Ensure proper guest flow and maintain a soothing, clean spa environment
- Recommend home care products and future appointments to support client wellness
- Uphold and exceed service standards with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Support the Department Lead and Spa Director in creating a harmonious work environment
