Sr. Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing and technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Facilities Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Location: Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Pay Range: DOE 

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive facility maintenance support, including contractor on-site support and project coordination.
• Manage, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building equipment and machinery, including HVAC and temperature control systems.
• Schedule system downtimes for construction and mechanical support, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and updating manufacturing documentation such as work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality, while partnering with the HSE team to uphold safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in engineering, energy, cleanroom, mechanical contracting, or facility management.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental health and safety guidelines, and local building and fire codes.
• U.S. Person status, including U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or approved refugee/asylee, with restrictions on certain nationalities due to security requirements.
