Remote - Pharmacy Technician ILocation: Philadelphia, PA 19113 (REMOTE)Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)Shift: 8 Hours days (EST shift - Normal business hours)Pay: $23/hr on W2Responsibilities:Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point of service inquiries.Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes.Enter customer data and other relevant information into our documentation tool.Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquiries.Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to customers and appropriate internal staff.Required Experience & Certifications:HS Diploma/GEDPharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NCCT, or ExCpt)1+ years Recent PBM and Prior Authorization3 years Pharmacy technician experienceTyping Speed 35 WPM
