Location: Manor, TX

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Weekend Shifts Available Wednesday - Sunday

Training will take place (1st Day | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM the remainder of the week.

Job Duties

• Handle, move, organize, and stage materials to support manufacturing operations
• Clean, label, package, and prepare gas line assemblies according to customer specifications
• Perform leak testing and quality inspections on weldments and manufactured components
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and material tracking activities
• Restock production materials and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) locations
• Accurately enter inventory, production, and quality data into company systems
• Maintain production paperwork, records, and manufacturing documentation
• Support weld shop and production teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or industrial environment preferred
• Experience with inventory tracking, cycle counting, material movement, or production reporting strongly preferred
• Comfortable using computers for data entry, recordkeeping, and inventory transactions
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
• Ability to read work instructions, labels, and production documents accurately
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience supporting fabrication, machining, welding, or manufacturing operations is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment around production equipment
• Ability to perform inspections and identify quality concerns

What You Will Do


As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
