Staff Manufacturing Engineer

Staff Manufacturing Engineer position at Stryker focused on driving process improvements, supporting product launches, and resolving technical manufacturing challenges. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to optimize production efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulated industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering projects, track milestones, and resolve technical and operational issues
Implement process improvements using statistical methods, Lean, Six Sigma, and GMP principles
Transfer new products and design changes into production through validation and implementation
Design, procure, and qualify production fixtures and equipment following IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
Develop technical documentation, procedures, work instructions, and training programs for production teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Manufacturing, or Industrial preferred)
Minimum 4 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodology experience
Familiarity with Engineering Change Orders and assembly procedure management
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar)
Project management planning and execution capability

Compensation: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
