A Successful Candidate Will Bring The ability to work independently with minimal direct guidance A collaborative mindset and a desire to share ideas A proven track record of problem-solving The courage to step outside their comfort zone and a genuine willingness to learn Key Responsibilities Technical Design: Design and implement secure, maintainable software solutions to business problems Integration: Build real-time, secure integrations between hosted and local applications through RESTful interfaces Technical Maintenance: Enhance and maintain internal and hosted business applications Collaboration & Communication: Partner with project managers, fellow developers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy Project Ownership: Manage small to medium-sized projects in accordance with the organization’s software development life cycle Documentation: Create project artifacts such as technical designs and requirements specifications Problem Solving: Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve failures in cloud-based and hosted multi-tier architecture built on Windows Server, Azure services, SQL Server, and .NET Code Quality & Review: Uphold code quality by participating in code reviews and following development best practices Time Management: Manage your workload to meet department service levels and project deadlines Support: Participate in a periodic on-call rotation for end-user support during business-critical events Qualifications/Requirements 2+ years of experience with software development Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience with software development methodologies and tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
