Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication reminders
• Encourage and support independence and autonomy in our clients
• Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our clients' lives
• Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress

Requirements:

• 6+ months of caregiving experience
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Willing to drive a 25-mile radius
• Have reliable & insured transportation
