Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services as well as Telehealth.Responsibilities and duties include:Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyFor full-time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per weekProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingsOther stuff we probably missed adding, but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)Required qualifications and skills include:Candidates are required to have a master's degree or higher in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or universityCandidates are required to have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid state of Missouri License.Must be licensed and/or eligible to be a Missouri Board Approved Clinical SupervisorAbility to supervise up to three Provisionally Licensed therapists for licensureRequired experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notesRequired experience with children, adolescents and teensEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Ability to pass a background checkPreferred qualifications and skills include:Preferred experience with individuals, couples and familiesIdeal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentationWhat we have to offer:Ellie Mental Health offers competitive salary, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401K with matching component, medical/dental/vision options, and professional development.Flexible schedulingHourly pay structure PLUS commission on claimsPaid Continuing Education timePay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation.What else you should know:This position is located in Wentzville, Missouri.This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical DirectorLearn more about our amazing company at work from home options available.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Seeking creative & collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways.
