Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Froedtert and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Froedtert.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of worked or educational clinical experience in both general and critical care.

Required Credentials: - Associate Degree from a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care program.

Preferred Credentials: - Bachelor’s degree for Respiratory Care.

Unit Details: - Performs respiratory care and pulmonary diagnostic procedures for the treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities associated with the cardiopulmonary system. - Cares for patients of all ages in critical care and non-critical care areas.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend rotation required. - No call.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting providing respiratory care.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
